Annual Fund: More Options
Annual Fund: More Options
As part of the University’s widespread efforts to improve communication with its alumni, parents, and friends, the Notre Dame Annual Fund announced earlier this year that donors may now direct their (formerly unrestricted) gifts to any one of five University priorities: financial aid, global service, academic and student life, Catholic mission, and areas of greatest need.
- Thanks to your support of Financial Aid, Notre Dame undergraduates will receive some $88 million in scholarships this year, the highest pay-out in University history
- By designating your gift for Global Service, you can support the more than 80 percent of Notre Dame students who engage in volunteer service each year, as well as advance research programs that improve the health and living conditions of people around the world
- Every aspect of the student experience—from life in the dorms, to the development of new academic programs—is strengthened by annual contributions designated for Academic and Student Life
- Gifts earmarked for Catholic Mission help to sustain the University’s Catholic heritage by underwriting the cost of training students as lay ministers, preserving sacred spaces on campus, funding religious retreats, and more
- Students are our greatest asset, and unrestricted gifts designated for the Areas of Greatest Need afford us the financial flexibility to respond to their needs, whether maintaining the campus, addressing increases in the price of necessary goods, or seizing upon emerging opportunities.
