Alumni Documentary Film Festival
This fall, the iNDustry Alliance will welcome back four alumni filmmakers to campus for a festival of award-winning documentary films. The iNDustry Alliance Alumni Documentary Film Festival takes place in Browning Cinema at the DeBartolo Performing Arts Center Oct. 1-3, the weekend of the Notre Dame-Washington football game. All screenings are free.
The movie lineup is as follows:

All four alumni will be available to talk about their films after each screening. In addition, Mitsui will present “Making the Perfect Trailer: A Behind the Scenes look at Movie Marketing” on Friday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. Mitsui is the award-winning producer of some of the most memorable movie trailers, including Lost In Translation, Milk, and Crash. His workshop will present a rare opportunity to discover the arsenal of techniques deployed in the production of trailers. Step-by-step, Mitsui will use video and other raw elements to deconstruct and reveal the alchemy, philosophy, and mechanics behind the creation of a perfect trailer.
iNDustry Alliance consists of ND alumni in the media and entertainment industry. It is designed to connect alumni within the media and entertainment industries in order to support industry networking opportunities and career development for professionals.
