Bishops Honor ND Alumna
Stephanie Garza ’05 received the Cardinal Bernardin New Leadership Award from the Catholic Campaign for Human Development (CCHD) during a November meeting of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) in Baltimore. Garza, the daughter of an immigrant father and a Mexican-American mother, received the award for her work in the Southwest Organizing Project in Chicago, which receives CCHD funding. [ Full Story]

ND MBA Program Ranks 20th
The MBA program offered through ND’s Mendoza College of Business ranks 20th among U.S. business schools, according to “The Best B-Schools” survey conducted by BusinessWeek. ND’s MBA program climbed six spots from the 2006 rankings. “This ranking results from the relentless drive to improve and to innovate as we prepare our students for the challenges and opportunities of a highly complex environment,” says Carolyn Y.
